The YOUTHMINDS Mobile App will give the opportunity to young people (YP) to take improve and maintain their Mental Health by performing their own Personalized Action Plan (on weekly basis) that will be tailored to their preferences, needs to cover etc. Equally, the project pioneers to design educational tools using digital format, which at the same time, will help YP and YW to practice and enhance their digital skills.
Once you register, you will need to proceed with a self-assessment, where you will need to add your:
1. Demographic data such as gender, username, age, country of residence will set his/her
2. Mental health needs such as beating anxiety, coping with stress, sleeping better, managing anger, living healthier and happier
3. The time that could dedicate within a week
4. Type of resources that prefer to access (audio e.g., podcasts, music, - visual (videos) or text like articles, infographics etc.)
5. Interests/habits such as drawing, yoga, meditation etc. in order to create a personalized action plan which will respond on the user’s preferences and can have a positive impact on their Mental Health and eventually, quality of life.
